Değerli Öğrenciler,
Ara sınava (vize), mazereti nedeni ile giremeyen öğrenciler,
“İGÜ Önlisans ve Lisans Eğitim-Öğretim ve Sınav Yönetmeliği” nde yer alan hükümler doğrultusunda ekte yer alan dilekçe ile başvurmaları koşulu ile mazereti Yönetim Kurulunca uygun görülenler Mazeret Sınavına katılabilirler.
Madde 25: (4) Mazeretleri nedeniyle ara sınavına giremeyen öğrenciler, mazeretlerini belgelemek kaydıyla mazeretinin sona erdiği tarihten itibaren en geç bir hafta içerisinde bir dilekçe ile ilgili dekanlık/müdürlüğe müracaat ederler. Mazeret süresi sebebiyle devamsız duruma düşen öğrenciye mazeret sınav hakkı verilmez. Mazeretleri ilgili yönetim kurulunca kabul edilen öğrencilerin, akademik takvimde belirtilen tarihlerde mazeret sınavları yapılır. Dönem sonu sınavlarının mazeret sınavı yapılmaz.” (Değişik: RG.13.06.2018-30450/12.md.)
“(5) Sağlık sorunları nedeniyle mazeret sınavı için alınan sağlık raporlarının tam teşekküllü devlet veya üniversite hastanelerinden alınmış olması gerekir. Raporlu öğrencinin rapor saatinden sonra rapor süresince girdiği sınavlar iptal olur. Rapor saatinden önce girdiği sınavlar iptal olmaz.” (Değişik: RG.13.06.2018-30450/12.md.)
Sınav saatleri çakışan ÇAP öğrencilerinden mazeretleri geçerli olan öğrenciler, dilekçe vermek koşulu ile başvuruda bulunabilir. Mazereti Yönetim Kurulunca uygun görülenler için Mazeret Sınav hakkı verilir.

Ekli formu doldurup ıslak imzalı olarak hazırladıktan sonra geçerli mazeretinize ilişkin belgeleri ekleyip,

Mazeret Dilekçesi
Dear Students,
Students who cannot take the Midterm Exam due to an excuse can participate in the Make-up Exam, provided that they apply with the attached petition in line with the provisions of the "IGU Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations".
Article 25: (4) Students who cannot take the midterm exam due to their excuses apply to the relevant dean's office/directorate with a petition within one week at the latest from the end of their excuse, provided that they document their excuse. Students who are seen absent due to the excuse period are not given a make-up exam. Students whose excuses are accepted by the relevant administrative board take make-up exams on the dates specified in the academic calendar. There is no make-up exam for the final exams. “(5) Medical reports obtained for the make-up exam due to health problems must be obtained from a fully-fledged state hospital or university hospital. During the medical report period, the exams that the student takes after the report time will be canceled. Exams taken before the report time will not be canceled. Among the Double Major students whose exam hours are overlapping, students whose excuses are valid can apply, provided that they submit a petition. Those whose excuses are deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors are entitled to a Make-up Exam.
